Great value for the price!

Works pretty good for us but we will likely find an alternative solution to the email issue.

The Good
Web-based for easy access, great at integrating new ideas and fixing errors promptly, flexible for a variety of customized inputs, inexpensive.
The Bad
Slower to load in the afternoon, the email archiving functionality is very limited (basically, a read-only), can't limit access to certain users (i.e., you can either see everything or nothing at all).
The Bottom Line
A great value for practices that allow full access at all user levels.
