Priceless in our office
The SQL version is even better, less maintenance, also crystal reporting is now available for all users. This is not an investment tracking software of any sort. This is a client and office relationship software that I have learned to use to help manage my employees more effectively also.
User Review
The Good
Work flow with automated processes is a huge benefit. Client information is basically unlimited and can be organized easily to tabs or fields to meet your criteria. The email system took some getting used to but having everything so well organized in the client file along with all their personal & professional contacts has become priceless.
The Bad
Learning curve probably a little steeper than most, having used Act for Advisors and EZ data some time ago.
The Bottom Line
To improve the client relationship and also effectively manage employees and office flow, this software is awesome.
