Redtail CRM

I wish RT could have the user interface of Big Contacts but use their database. The workflows & checklists are not completly funtional but workflows are getting close. They do not have enough integration with other products. I like RT and would like for them to get their product up to speed. I think they are on the right track.

User Review

The Good
RT has a robust database. It was fast and easy to import our client information. It is easy to get to your data. Integrates well with LaserApp. Easy export of information for "stay in touch" emails & mailers.
The Bad
Workflows, checklists, and getting work done is still a confusing process. Opportunities is a great feature but you have to retype the client information.
The Bottom Line
RT is a good internet based CRM. They need to build out the features to improve it as a business tool. It does the basics really well.
