Once you figure the system out, it has what you need. Having an enterprise installation on a web application means I can manage relationships using multiple staff from wherever I am, and do not have to worry as much about security and backup. The interface could be a little friendlier. The big issue is the support. Small improvements in that would mean a significantly better experience.
Ignore my ratings for insurance functionality - I do not use it, but I cannot submit this survey without completing those functions.
