I was looking to go with Redtail or Ebix as the next (and hopefully) final step. However, my BD is looking to go with salesforce. I am not sure if it will be customized, but I assume that there will be a base level of customization. Since my BD will be introducing it, that means there will be integration with our version of eMoney, document vault and internal platforms. Plus it will be cloud based so I can access it from anywhere.

The Good
It is relatively cheap and, if you use template, fairly customized
The Bad
No integration with other software.
The Bottom Line
It is better than nothing or MS Outlook. But not a Redtail or Ebix.
