Overall, it's good. It's a little old and clunky, but gets the job done.
Not the most intuitive

The Bad
Custom reports can be created, but it is definitely not very intuitive. Ex. if you wanted a logo to be centered on the screen, you have to know the dimensions of the logo (in inches) and the set margins then do the math to figure out how far from the left edge of the page you want it. Have to do the same with the top.
