Mostly good, very accessible for questions, responsive and love the new SS module
The Bad
the state taxes on retirement income doesn't calculate properly - for PA, it includes IRA distributions, SS and pensions, all of which are not taxable for PA
The Bottom Line
Will continue to use it, best out there
