The Good
Redatail is a good program. Our whole office uses it daily. the actual CRM portion is great with the exception of the calender. Investment tracking and intergration with Albridge is excellent. Also intergaration with other programs like MoneyGuide Pro, Docupace and Advisir Products is excellent. Price is right. Only down twice in 1.5 years. Great reliability.
The Bad
RT is weak on all insurances. It is confusing if you have a trust involved. It also needs a referal module like EZ Data. They do a poor job of updating. RT needs to figure out a way to eliminate the calender function (since it is so poor) and intergrate Outlook instead.
The Bottom Line
Overal, I'd give it a B-. If they would commit to more upgrading they could easily move to an A.
