They put out a nice product. Service is slipping however.

The Good
Billing service has been efficient and accurate. Quarterly reports are high quality. Flexible reporting options.
The Bad
Client service and follow through is currently lacking - maybe growing pains for Orion. Batch trading was cumbersome and slow unless you add a third party company to clean things up.
The Bottom Line
I don't have comparisons, but they are getting the job done. Good with room for improvement
