Ric is articulate, knoledgeable and bright. It was a simple pleasure just to listen. He is a gentleman (and deservedly a little self-serving) to have devoted time & energy to this presentation.
I did not like Andy's 'I don't get it' discussion - it felt out-of-place and I disconnected.
