Great CRM - especially for large offices (which we are not).
We are still learning how to get the most out of Junxure. Great program. A bit overkill for us at this point (three-person office). May be more than we need.
User Review
The Good
Very comprehensive. Integrates with Portfolio Center as well as with insurance companies (with a bit of work). Keeps track of all documents and processes, as long as you don't mind creating an action for everything you have to do. Integrates with Outlook. Good training. Support people very responsive and helpful.
The Bad
Having to create an action for just about all client interactions (including client appointments/calendar items, letters, emails, etc.) is tedious and seems to be a waste of time to me. As a result, we tend not to use those capabilities as much as we should.
While training is quite good, it is also quite expensive. You pay for everything. We are a small, fairly young RIA and cash flow is tight. Junxure is not the easiest on cash flow.
The Bottom Line
Very good, top-level CRM program that mostly fits the way we do business.
