I think that the company is addressing some of the issues as users offer suggestions. They send out emails and are very customer service friendly.

The Good
Great price point and easy to use. The staff is wonderful.
The Bad
To get some basic projections, client data must be entered 2 and 3 times - renaming each scenario.
The Bottom Line
Not very flexible but great for simple plans.
