I like Redtail In the past I have used Junxure-i (for 4 years) and Act (for 5 years before that).
Web based is perfect for my practice.

The Good
Support is wonderful and their e-mail intergration is perfect. Web based allows me to use it from anywhere and the new SmartPhone App is perfect.
The Bad
Redtail is not the best tool for a P&C insurance office that does a bit of investment sales.
The Bottom Line
