User Review
The Good
Morningstar continues to get better. The firm integrates very well with TD Ameritrade and other custodians. I use MS portfolio evaluation, research, account reconcilation and quarterly billing modules. I do not use the CRM or Planning components.
The Bad
Extremely complex. Requires years of use before user confidence occurs. Written from a programmer perspective with little advisor input.
The Bottom Line
Expensive. Great Tool. Recommend.
