The most complete, easy to use CRM we've worked with.
There are lots of changes going on in CRM, and Junxure seems to be doing a good job keeping up. We love the fact that we can manage our paperless office using their system, and the email tracking is very helpful. We don't have any complaints about the software and appreciate the quick response when there have been support questions or issues from our staff.

The Good
Somewhat steep but short learning curve for our office. Great document management for paperless office.
The Bad
Somewhat pricey, especially for small or single person offices. While new user training gets four stars, ongoing training gets just three.
The Bottom Line
They are receptive to new ideas, and I don't think you can go wrong once you get to know the system.
