Great for clients still in their accumulation phase.
Some of the input buttons are not intuitive but a call into technical support usually resolves any confusion. Once you've entered in a couple of plans, the data entry time shortens. They also have a secure online data gathering link you can send clients.

The Good
Like their audit trail. Their technical support is very helpful. Easy to get a hold of someone and usually they solve my problem on the first call.
The Bad
Don't like the look of the reports.
