The Good
Great customer support. The firm is always looking for innovative ways to add value and provide new features.
The Bad
Used to be the Microsoft Access platform it was built on, but that is gone now. Updates and Upgrades could be delivered more efficiently I would think.
The Bottom Line
Lifesaver when it comes to making sure nothing falls throught the cracks as well as for automating processes and everyday tasks. Imperative that all associates actively use the CRM and that is the case in our firm. We're very happy with Junxure. Looking forward to the new version with Junxure 8 mobile.
