It was great. I really enjoyed his approach to overcoming common perceptions about the "new normal". I appreciate solid statistics and he had them. Very good. I'm very surprised become I've often listened to webinars (not from A4A) with zero take-away because they are actually selling what something. It's a waste of time teaser. So...thank you for this.
