There are some very good features associated with Act! and then there are some difficult to use features. The difficult features has limited our usage of the program.
User Review
The Good
This CRM software is designed very well for the financial advisor. The newest version has improved on some of the quirks in the older version. The shared calendar is great feature. Act! was able to sync up with my Blackberry.
The Bad
Running custom reports can be difficult and importing information from an Excel spreadsheet was a major month-long project. This was mostly due to our attempt to customize the client screen (not easy).
