For those proficient in manipulating the layout design features of ACT it will create a robust CRM capable of managing minute details of client relationships.
The Bad
Learning curve can be a bit steep with resources to learn advanced features limited.
The Bottom Line
For a small organization not needing a web based application running ACT on a small/medium computer will do the trick.
