Junxure has significantly improved our organization

A lot of the tracking features and the client portal that we were required to rate, I have not had experience using.

User Review

The Good
Organizes all actions that need to be done by each employee. Organizes all notes for each client that any employee can read. Captures all client e-mails.
The Bad
The programming for running reports on Junxure data fields is not overly flexible. Even if you populate data fields, often you can't run certain reports showing the fields you want. When we contact Junxure support the answer is typically that the report we would like to run is not possible currently.
The Bottom Line
We are miles ahead of where we were before we started using Junxure.
