The Good
We are very pleased with all aspects of Assetbook and certainly working with Rob and his staff has been a pleasure. We have been able to take numerous time consuming tasks and reduce or nearly eliminate them due to the capability of Assetbook. Many times when I call in for an issue, I end up speaking with Rob himself who is very adept and understanding as we offer suggestions. I look forward to continuing to grow with Assetbook.
The Bad
The only minor issue we've had is that Assetbook does not play well, at least in our network, with IE. We've found it's been much better and faster using Assetbook inside of a Firefox browser.
The Bottom Line
Well worth the money spent for reporting, billing and support.
