Great tips. I liked her recommendation on how to blend David Allen's stuff in. I think you can probably do less intro of A4A stuff (it's good and we all think so) so that we can get more from speaker in the time. I'd also really like to get more questions from audience asked/answered. This is exactly what I needed to hear after the week I've had; now to use some tips so I can implement it!
