I thought the presentation was informative, although I had a different impression of webcast contents when I registered. I thought the class was intended to help advisors explain investment terms to the client/prospect. The spreadsheet may confuse clients who are not adept with numbers, unless the focus is solely on outcomes in the center of the spreadsheet.
