Excellent content but IMHO Andy interrupted too often and didn't appear to listen to Edelman's answers. When Brian says he doesn't know Google email products, a follow up question about Google email encryption just wasted time -- Edelman repeated he didn't know. Also, asking questions to troubleshoot for the benefit of a specific participant is something better handled off-line between the advisor and the speaker. Still, it was a service to me to make Edelman available via this webcast! Thanks
