Thanks Bob for the "refresher" course in legal terminology and information on trusts. Especially valuable today were the charts of states showing the most favorable for trust creation and administration, as well as the reference to Steve Oshins' website, which has a nice breakdown of various categories of states which are favorable for trust creation. That website also has some interesting articles on various forms of trusts.
