This is an important topic to advisors more so now than ever before. I liked their emphasis on listening to the client, and not talking about yourself. This software is intriguing and will turn out to be very useful with a select number of clients. The speakers both spoke a bit rapidly and it was therefore more difficult to comprehend the subject matter in a few instances--they went through the slides quickly. Perhaps slowing down and focusing more on specific points would be useful.
