Nothing earth shattering, as you stated but everything remains relatively optimistic, and most importantly, than optimism is supported by the hard data, as you so clearly presented it. While it may appear to some that Fritz is repeating the same things over and over again each month, it is actually a useful learning tool to full comprehend, or perhaps even embrace, the critically important concepts Fritz is presenting and this will help with clients.
