Would like to see reminders built into workflow and checklists.

The Good
Captures emails sent to names in the database and saves as a note. Has birthday, anniversary client review reminders. Has integration with other systems.
The Bad
You can send broadcast emails, but only in plain text which eliminates sending an email newsletter and most other announcements invitations etc.
The Bottom Line
Overall a versatile CRM.
