I was an ACT! user, switched to Redtail; it seems to do almost everything I need. Very pleased

It allows me to no longer worry about the steps of my process and focus on the client. It's a great time saver once it's set up properly.

The Good
Simple to understand, well thought out.
The Bad
Workflow tasks should become calendar tasks, etc. Other than that, it has not negatives.
The Bottom Line
I should have switched years ago. A great service.
