A good basic CRM system

It does what we need it to at a reasonable price. Improvements over the past few years have been helpful. We found a consultant who specialized in ACT, which has been a huge help. Hopefully a cloud version will be coming soon.

User Review

The Good
ACT is a reasonably priced alternative for a small shop. Good at keeping client interaction/notes/email, task lists, and calendar.
The Bad
It doesn't integrate with much other software, and support is nearly non-existent.
The Bottom Line
Basic but effective.
