Very comprehensive, almost too comprehensive for smaller offices.
I have used the program for about 8 years. As a small firm, it is more than I need, but having evaluated some of the other offerings out there, I feel it's the best out there.

The Good
Junxure is a very comprehensive CRM program that provides the ability to create and track office processes. Software support service is excellent.
The Bad
I have been a user for about 8 years and still find that I don't use all the features it has built-in. Part of the problem is training, which the company offers, but it is fairly expensive. The training appears to be an additional revenue source to the company instead of a customer service offering.
The Bottom Line
Couldn't run my business without it...or at least something close to it. Probably more comprehensive than a small firm needs, but I hope to grow into it...eventually.
