Excellent as always. I do wonder though, about Fritz's comments on actively managed mutual funds. The definition of active management is Active Share -- diversion from the index. Wouldn't it make sense to evaluate active managers over longer periods than one year if that it the case? Maybe he should comment on the percentage of active managers to beat the index over 5 or 10 years than over the 1 year timeframe.
