Functional, but not a CRM, not industry specific and lacks integration with platform
Does e-mail pretty well (not counting lock ups and crashes - thank you MS) and could do more if I had the time and expertise to program it. Will be trying on Salesforce cloud CRM this summer.

Integrated with Microsoft Office suite.
The Bad
No integration with platform, PC based.
The Bottom Line
Essentially everyone has it on the computer with Microsoft Office, but if you're looking for a CRM solution, keep looking.
