Near the Top of the Line
This is a huge program with extensive capabilities. There is something for almost any advisory need. Two caveats: MS can do much more with CRM functionality (reminders, grouping, mailing, more flexible custom entry boxes, sales and service notes and reports, etc.)and the price can be either slightly reduced and/or kept under control in coming years. It is a major expense especially using more than one seat.

The Good
Almost fully integrated solution for advisers. I can access it when I am on the road as well as in the office. Very comprehensive with extensive features. Can be customized for your needs although, some details are time consuming to enter. Good reports and reporting flexibility.
The Bad
I am hoping major changes to the CRM functionality. It is OK but can be much better. I also hope the price can be reconsidered and kept under control.
The Bottom Line
With some reservations, I really like the program functionality. MS is very responsive, support is dependable.
