Like the people and support but ultimately BD did not match up well with our business model
Could be a great system for advisor that's focused on money management and only overseeing accounts at custodians with direct data feeds, though still not strong enough on client interface.

People and support were very good

The AUM model doesn't fit well with our business model; not having any control over client data is difficult at times.
The Bottom Line
Became too expensive relative to the value we were able to extract; the interface was good for us as practitioners but not really appreciated by clients.
