I love Bob's presentations. However, he needs to separate fact from opinion more clearly. In our business if we lose credibility we lose the client. The 6 month hold on IRA to ROTH is a perfect example. He should have qualified that when he said it. It makes me question a number of his other statements as I don't know what was fact vs opinion.
