U.S. stock prices are breaking record highs, and President Trump is promising "big-league" corporate tax reform. The labor market is tightening, and real average hourly earnings are accelerating. Meanwhile, Fitch, one of three SEC-empowered credit rating agencies, issued a guidance entitled, The Trump Administration Poses Risks to Global Sovereigns."

Record market highs on “fragile economic foundation”, per the WSJ. They have their facts wrong, but the skepticism is good. Stocks climb the classic Wall of Worry. The bull market is not yet "long in the tooth" compared to historic runs. Stock market valuation is full but not stretched. Inflation remains benign and the Fed will remain accommodative.
