The recently released BlackBerry PlayBook tablet has been relatively successful despite being almost universally slammed in reviews as incomplete, and one of the missing features--video chat--is about to become available.
RIM is including a picture-in-picture view, so you know what the person on the other end is seeing.
But like everything lese RIM has done in the last couple of years, the video chat has some major drawbacks,
Like Apple's FaceTime video chat, the PlayBook Video Chat app will only work over a Wi-Fi connection, and not over your wireless carrier's network.
In addition, PC World points out that the video chat will only work with other BlackBerry PlayBook users.
