Vanguard announced a lower-cost international ETF and Pimco pledged to cut its expense ratios across the board as fund issuers continue to compete on price.

Vanguard has launched the Total International Stock ETF, a fund designed to offer global exposure to companies located outside the United States. It features a very low expense ratio, according to this article by ETF Database.
